The leaves were sourced from healthy Kynam trees. These trees originated from a 60-year-old tree through a careful grafting process. The leaves are traditionally hand-roasted by the second generation of skilled tea roasters to preserve their health benefits. Our leaves are plucked early in the morning when they are most full of life and glistening with morning dew to preserve its genes and revitalize its aroma for future generations of tea lovers.

Who should not consume Kynam tea?
Our Kynam tea offers significant health benefits to all drinkers of the tea. However, we would
recommend that the following categories of people limit their consumption due to our tea’s potential impact on their physiology:
● Individuals with low blood pressure: Kynam tea can lower blood pressure if consumed for an
extended period.
● Pregnant women: Because of its qi-lifting effect, Kynam tea is not suitable for pregnant women.
Please consult a medical professional if you need to consume Kynam tea.
● People with a deficiency of yin and fire: those with body heatiness can potentially experience
more inflammation after consumption.
● People with qi deficiency and sinking: Kynam tea has the effect of warming the kidneys and
nourishing qi.
● Underweight people: Kynam tea has a laxative effect and promotes weight loss. Those with a
BMI of less than 18.5 are already underweight and can potentially lose even more weight with
prolonged consumption.
Can people with gastric problems drink Kynam tea? What is the suitable water ratio for brewing?
A. Yes, they can. However, drinking it during periods of stomach discomfort is not advisable. We
recommend a thinner brew than usual, i.e., 1-2 tea leaves in 100ml of water.
When should one consume Kynam tea?
Kynam tea can be consumed at any time. We recommend enjoying a cup in the morning with

How is your pure essential oil produced?
Our pure essential oil is extracted from using hydro-distillation of precious, top-quality agarwood.
How can essential oil be used?
It can be used to stop bleeding and pain, reduce inflammation and lighten scars. It is also useful in preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, effectively unifying and regulating qi, nourishing the kidneys and benefiting the essence, running qi and blood, amongst others.
Our pure essential oil can be used in the following ways:
Inhalation: Apply a small amount to a handkerchief and place at the nose for gentle, deep inhalation.
This helps to relieve tension, improve memory, induce calmness and improve sleep.
Aromatherapy: Add a small amount to a vaporiser. The scent soothes the body and mind, promotes
quality sleep, and has a nourishing effect.
Bath: Add a drop to a bathtub filled with warm water, or add a few drops to hot water for foot baths.
This effectively relieves physical and mental stress, eliminates fatigue, unblocks blood and meridians, and promotes metabolism, amongst others.
Massage: Dilute the oil in a base oil at a recommended ratio of 1:10 and use to massage the body. It can also be mixed with lotions and massaged into the skin. Combined with proper massage techniques, the oil can improve blood circulation and promote the health of body and mind.
If taken internally, please mix 0.02-0.2ml (daily dose not to exceed 1ml) with warm water.
Can your pure essential oil be applied directly to the body?
We recommend diluting with a base oil before use on the skin to prevent skin irritation.
Can the essential oil be taken orally?
Yes, but we do not recommend this method of consumption. If you wish to do this, please consult a medical professional for advice.
Can I sniff the essential oil directly from the bottle?
No. Essential oil is highly concentrated and can irritate the nasal passages.
